FAPER INKJET SENSOR STRIP IS
“Most commercially available electrochemical enzyme sensor strips for the measurement of blood glucose use an artificial electron mediator to transfer electrons from the active side of the enzyme to the electrode. FAPER is an ideal substrate for printing of nano silver ink to design electrode. Coated Enzyme is captured in FAPER microporous matrix with longer lifetime. Blood dropped on the strip can be absorbed and transported between electrodes with FAPER’s unique capillary effect. Stability and performance can be maximized by making sensor strip with FAPER.
Due to its unique composition, FAPER substrate surface formed the hydrophilic and hydrophobic surface in micro level that help of good formation of ink droplet, which enhance the good printability and compatibility with conductive ink. Its good thermal stability also help on dimensional stability during the high heat curing process. At the same time, we can produce a very high resolution up to 20micron line/ space resolution. Teslin substrate also inherently with static dissipative characteristic with low surface and volume resistivity which help n dissipate the charge and improve conductivity.”
