FREESTYLE RIP V.2

FREESTYLE RIP V.2 IS

FreeStyle Rip is developed specailly for garment transfer film printing. It supports all OKI 4C and 5C printers with full white control option. FreeStyle Rip can separate white channel from image sporce as spot color or create white channel automatically with selective options like white area, image area, color saturation and etc. with real time preview. It has an option to save expensive white inks. Black generation with gray balance can be precisey controled during making mixed black from CMY color.
In addition to in-Rip Trapping option, it can adjust CMYK each plate movement, 4 direction in pixel unit – 1/1200 inch unit. (This is required to adjust pin-registration error in OKI or other laser toner printers.) There’s another advanced option – mesh printing function. When printing area is large, transfered film can be a barrier of air ventilation. To add better breathability to the T-shirts, it can apply special mesh patterns with controling dot size, angle and gap with reverse option.”
