TOPAZ INSULATION INK

TOPAZ INSULATION INK IS

“TOPAZ insulation ink is called as dielectric inks. It is solvent-resistant, flexible, and ultraviolet curable, forming a void-free coating that has good resistance to humidity, temperature and solvents. It is suitable for application by screen printing, spraying, dipping and syringe dispensing. TOPAZ insulation ink features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass and a variety of other surfaces including substrates such as polycarbonate, treated and untreated polyesters, Kapton, epoxy/glass PC boards, glass and indium tin oxide sputtered surfaces. Unlike conventional insulating materials, this dielectric ink is very resistant to flexing and creasing, providing excellent protection for components from moisture, salts, and abrasion. Shelf lifetime is 6 months at 25°C, when kept in a sealed opaque container. Please use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from sparks and open flames. Avoid prolonged
contact with skin and breathing of vapors. Wash with soap and water to remove from skin.”
