EMBELLIO XPRESS is UV singlepass inkjet printer for spot varnishing and foiling.
Digital Embellishment is a hot theme in digital printing but most of roll to roll solutions have been quite expensive and complicated. Valloy has developed innovative compact style 13″ roll to roll digital embellishment unit by using Xaar 2002 single pass heads for jetting of thick varnish ink in fast speed. Varnish layer can be printed in max. 70 micron thickness and printing speed can be up to max. 25m/min. Inline foiling system with gold or silver color is embedded as default.
