If the machine was manufactured before March, 2021, the cutting software doesn't support some options.

So it needs to upgrade the software and main board. After changing boards, the new software should be installed.

Follow next steps.

  1.  Download the latest version of software and extract all files (https://www.dropbox.com/s/p9as9k6wxsityww/New%20software.zip?dl=0)

  1. Copy files to orignal software folder except 'Vorey.para'.

  1. Change the exe file to original name.

  1. Open 'Vorey.para' file via notepad and copy 'FileOptimize' area to original file.
