In DUOBLADE WX, matrix separation roller is upgraded to provide blade separation option and roller separation option together, to provide more flexibility to users depending on the label size, shape and adhesive power.

However, depending on angle adjustment, rough surface of roller cna scratch the printed surface.

(Rough surface treatment of the roller is not to be contaminated with residue of glue from the labels.)

In this case, please adjust the angle not to touch the surface.

If you need to adjust the angle more steeply for better separation, you are advised to wrap the roller with backliner paper, not to scratch the printed surface.
